Delivery methods and shipping costs
We ship from the EU, with VAT and duties included for EU customers.
Standard delivery:
EU – 1-8 business days
United States, Canada, Japan, UK – 7-15 business days
Switzerland, Monaco, Malta, Belarus, Cyprus, Ukraine – 7-15 business days
Rest of the world – 5-20 business days
Express delivery:
EU – 2-5 business days
United States, Canada, Japan – 2-5 business days
UK – 2-5 business days
Switzerland, Monaco, Malta, Belarus, Cyprus, Ukraine – 2-5 business days

Sunglasses delivery:
Dispatched from our international distribution hubs, with VAT and duties included worldwide.
Standard delivery: 3–12 business days worldwide.
Express delivery: 2-5 business days worldwide.
Please note that all delivery times are provided as estimates and begin after order processing, which typically takes 1–3 business days to prepare your order for shipment.
We always strive to deliver orders as soon as possible but sometimes deliveries may take longer due to high volume of orders or the availability of delivery service providers. Please check the information on the delivery status that is always updated by the Seller. Once your order has been shipped, you can check the delivery status by entering a tracking number in the service provider’s system.
If after having collected your purchase, you discover that it does not contain the Goods you have ordered, contact the Seller immediately.
The Goods will be packed depending on their nature to ensure their suitability for use upon delivery.
Please note that customs/import fees are not included in our services. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are imposed in accordance with the regulations of the country to which the goods are being shipped.
Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
Returns
We provide returns for purchases for 14 days after delivery. Please contact our customer service by email support@freisi-official.com and provide order number. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning your purchase.
Exchanges
