We ship from the EU, with VAT and duties included for EU customers.
USA: No import duties on orders below $800(USD) in declared value.

Free standard delivery:

EU – 1-8 business days

United States, Canada, Japan, UK – 7-15 business days

Switzerland, Monaco, Malta, Belarus, Cyprus, Ukraine – 7-15 business days

Rest of the world – 5-20 business days

Express delivery:

EU – 2-5 business days 19 €

United States, Canada, Japan – 2-5 business days 30 €

UK – 2-5 business days 19 €

Switzerland, Monaco, Malta, Belarus, Cyprus, Ukraine – 2-5 business days 19 €

Rest of the world – 2-5 business days 35 €

Please note that all delivery times are indicated in checkout section and they are set as estimates after order processing.

We always strive to deliver orders as soon as possible but sometimes deliveries may take longer due to high volume of orders or the availability of delivery service providers. Please check the information on the delivery status that is always updated by the Seller. Once your order has been shipped, you can check the delivery status by entering a tracking number in the service provider’s system.

If after having collected your purchase, you discover that it does not contain the Goods you have ordered, contact the Seller immediately.

The Goods will be packed depending on their nature to ensure their suitability for use upon delivery.

Please note that customs/import fees are not included in our services. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are imposed in accordance with the regulations of the country to which the goods are being shipped.

Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

Returns
We provide returns for purchases for 30 days after delivery. Please contact our customer service by email support@freisi-official.com and provide order number. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning your purchase.

Exchanges
To exchange your product to a different size or product, please contact our customer service by email support@freisi-official.com.
